Her approach to etiquette training is that it doesn’t have to be stuffy and formal, it can be fun. . . yes, fun!  Whether it’s with kids playing a game of setting a table or working with adults to avoid the most common dining mistakes and enhancing their professional image she keeps training interactive and engaging.  

Ms. Coke holds a master’s degree in education and training and development from Fordham University in New York City as well as the distinction of being a CompTIA CTT+® Certified Classroom Trainer.  She has earned certifications in etiquette from both The Emily Post Institute® and The International School of Protocol®
